Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday). depending on whether the item is an original artwork or a print. We will notify you by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer the following zones:

◦ United Kingdom - Free shipping (usually 1-3 business days)
Europe - Flat rate (usually 4-10 business days)

United States & Canada - Flat rate (usually 7-14 business days)

Rest of the World - Flat rate (usually 8-21 business days)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Important Information for International Orders

Prices shown at checkout include packaging but exclude any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local authorities. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

We are unable to mark items as gifts or undervalue packages for customs purposes.

Large Original Works

For original paintings or oversized pieces, we may contact you for a custom shipping quote to ensure the safest possible delivery. In some cases, shipping will be calculated individually.

Insurance & Tracking

All shipments include tracking. Valuable items are sent with insurance included in the shipping cost. In the rare event of damage or loss during transit please contact us with your order number and photos.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original artworks are final sale unless damaged on arrival.
